Deleting Your eplanet Brokers cTrader Account
At ePlanet Brokers, we understand that you may decide to stop using your cTrader trading account. To give you full control of your data, we provide simple options for requesting account deletion. How to Request Deletion 1. From the cTrader App Log in to the ePlanet Brokers cTrader app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account. Confirm your request by following the instructions provided. 2. From the Web If you prefer, you can request deletion through our website: 👉 Submit Account Deletion Request What Happens After Deletion Your cTrader account will be permanently closed. All personal information linked to your account will be removed from our active systems within 30 days. Regulatory requirements may require ePlanet Brokers to retain certain financial and transactional data (e.g., trading history, payment records). This data will be stored securely and only for compliance purposes. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your account has been deleted. Important Notes Account deletion is irreversible. After deletion, you will not be able to recover your trading history or access the cTrader app with your previous login. Ensure that all open positions are closed and any pending withdrawals are completed before submitting a deletion request.
