To deposit, transfer or withdraw money into your ePlanet Wallet or real trading accounts, first you have to submit your personal documents for KYC verification. Log into your personal account at www.ePlanet brokers.com .From the menu on the left, go to my profile and choose User Information (KYC).
Fill in the form with your personal basic information like your first name and surname, your nationality, your gender, your birth date, your country code and your personal active phone number. Save the information and click on Next to proceed to the next stage.
To ensure the safety of your transactions and the legitimacy of your account, all users must upload an identification document. This document can be an identity card, a passport or a drivers license. Click on the document type of your choice and proceed to the next step. To verify your identity, please upload a clear picture of your ID document where all information is easy to read. For the last step, upload a selfie with the same ID document. Save all the information and click on Next.
Before sending everything to ePlanet Brokers’ team for the KYC verification process, make sure that all the information that you have entered is correct. The edit icon on the top right corner will enable you to edit your information. Click on submit to send your personal information form to eplanet Brokers’ team.
